There's many ways to do it! Cooking eggs is actually one of the harder things to do perfectly but I can tell you how I do it...

First you, find a metal pot that's big enough to put an egg or two in it. I take my eggs and put them in, and add some cold water until they are a little more than covered. Water evaporates as it boils, so you have to calculate enough water that they'll stay submerged in water the entire time.
You'll need to use medium heat until the water starts boiling. I don't know if you have a stove, that would be the easier way to cook it. Once it starts to boil, you cover with the pot's cover, turn off the heat, and leave the pot covered for about twelve minutes.
Once that time has passed, you drain the water, shake the pot to make the eggs crack a bit, add some cold water back into the pot, then take them out and peel it off.

[ Last time he tried casting anything without warning, he just about gave the other dude a heart attack. So it doesn't hurt to ask first before sending Yu off into the depths to deal with... whatever might be inside. ]
[When he wakes, Yu will find waiting for him a package wrapped in bright red paper. Inside is a small box of twelve cans of cat food and a swiss army knife. There's no card.
[It's not too much of a trek, but Elliot more or less drags his feet the entire way to Yu's place. When he does knock and is let inside, he greets the other boy quietly, the aroma of whatever's cooking hitting him. Ah...he really is hungry, huh.]
